V Fit was born in January 2006 as a residential personal training business. After serving the entire St. Louis Metropolian area’s residential fitness needs, V Fit opened its first physical location in January 2008 in Lafayette Square, ” V Fit Studio.” The near South St. Louis studio kept its foundation of personal training being the fundamental and premier service. After moving into such a great neigborhood, the owner, Kelli Braggs decided to continue persuing her dream of having a gym. As opportunity presented itself, V Fit found a great new location in the heart of the business district of Lafayette Square to expand its services to do just that.
Today, V Fit has expanded to 1807 Park Av which is open to the public for personal training, and private membership which will be extended by appointment or during staffed hours.
V Fit Gym offers a great atmosphere to come in on your own time and workout. We offer cardio, circuit equipment and free weights. Bottled water and supplements are sold.
V Fit has set up a network with other local business owners to better serve our members. Through our partnership, our members get discounts to various health and wellness facilities that will assist in the whole body experience.
