Do you have a desire to run but shy away? Did you previously run but have fallen out of the practice? Are you trying to get back into shape because you want to compete in a running contest (2k, 5k, half marathon, etc.) and need somewhere to begin? Then, this is the club for you! We mapped out a 2 mile course in different areas of St. Louis for you to get running.
At the finish line, get our morning grub on, we have a designated booth (table). (Shakes, smoothies, fruits, water, etc.) All skill levels are welcomed, but this is mainly for beginners and re-ginners- (<-still not a real word) So dust off the sneakers and get ready. This group is for people who want to incorporate stretching into their lifestyle. Whether you are a gym junkie, weekend warrior, or just starting a fitness program, this group is for you! Experienced Personal Trainers will lead you through a 30 minute session of basic stretches which may improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall wellness. We will briefly touch on breathing and guided meditation to enhance your experience. Our sessions will be held in a relaxing environment to put your mind at ease while invigorating your body. What a great way to “recharge your battery” before starting the work week! The group will meet on every Sunday 10:30-11:00 am. Bring a sticky yoga mat if you have one, our supplies are limited.
